How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the delivery location and the store's policies, including the quantity of items bought. To determine your precise shipping fees, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. Your shipping costs will be instantly updated and shown in your total expense.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, deliveries are limited to the USA and Canada, excluding military and APO addresses. Customers are responsible for any custom fees.

Can you deliver an order to multiple addresses?

Negative. To ship items to multiple addresses, kindly make a separate order for each item.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information can be located in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. In cases of multiple items in an order, each item may have unique delivery dates and tracking details.

My package is missing, what should I do?

 

Usually, deliveries are punctual. Rarely, the tracking may show 'delivered' when the item hasn't been received. If your tracking says delivered but you can't find it:


1. Examine the delivery area for your package. Inspect your mailbox or other mail-receiving locations

2. Refer to your Order Confirmation for tracking details
3. Utilize the tracking link provided on your Order Confirmation to identify the local shipping carrier for your package                                                                                   

  4. Reach out to your local shipping carrier for additional details.
5. Contact our customer service if the package still can't be found.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

We typically commence order processing immediately upon placement to ensure timely delivery. Once processed, certain details may not be altered. Contact us within 2 hours of order placement via our Contact Form for any required changes.

Can I apply a promo code after my was placed?

We do not permit adding a discount code to an existing order. If amendments or cancellations are needed, contact our customer service.
